We have a long-term based experience in the application of fs-lasers in micro- and nanotechnology.

Often, however, the technologies cannot simply be applied directly; the materials and processes must be carefully selected and tested.

We have experience in many relevant technologies such as the use of additive manufacturing, subtractive manufacturing, and molding processes. We are familiar with a wide range of materials, such as photoresists, optical materials and biocompatibility requirements. And we are open for interdisciplinary work.

We discuss your technical requirements with you, propose solutions and carry out feasibility studies. We scale the processes and develop customer-specific equipment.
